Sweet-mouthed people are out there, and they are more deceptive than you think. They can talk you into taking a deal that will hurt in many ways than one. When the figures don’t add up, RUN!

Refusing To Inspect The Property

First things first, you need to get a receipt. How else will you know you paid for something?

A dishonest agent will stale for as long as possible so that you’ll forget about a receipt. Don’t fall for it!

If you’ve already gone deep into and made payments, demand a receipt and take necessary measures to make sure the transaction was legit.
